The d530 Small Form Factor provides the optimal combination of small size and mainstream expandability for efficient business computing.

The d530 Small Form Factor boasts the new Intel® 865G chipset, and the Intel® Pentium® 4 processor with Hyper-Threading* Technology, which allow background computing tasks (virus scan, data compression, etc.) to run with minimal loss of performance.

Without the optional floppy disk drive, the 3.5" external bay can support a 2nd hard drive, Zip drive or other 3.5" device.

The d530 Small Form Factor has a wide-range of security options including remotely lockable Smart Cover Lock, Chassis Intrusion Sensor, Port Security Bracket, SmartCard keyboards and new HP ProtectTools Embedded Security chip.

The d530 Small Form Factor features two front audio and two front USB 2.0 ports for additional convenience and improved usability.

The d530 Small Form Factor has best-in-class serviceability including a rotating drive cage, single latch entry to the unit, tool-less drive and motherboard removal, tool-less slots and color coded cables.

The d530 Small Form Factor has flexible set-up configurations that allow it to be used as a desktop or tower, or mount under a desk or on the wall.
