Impressive 18.1" active matrix display guarantees a flicker-free picture brighter, sharper, and more vibrant than that of a CRT monitor. Supports wide-angle 160° viewing, 16.7 million colours and full motion video. The TFT8030 takes up less than half the space of a 21" CRT monitor and weighs 70% less. Detach the removable base and the TFT8030 weighs little more than 6kg. Allows a cable to be attached to prevent theft of this appealing and potentially "mobile" monitor. Offers three convenient connections in the monitor base for USB peripherals, such as a mouse and keyboard. Compaq LCD Display Assistant Software makes custom monitor adjustments quick and easy. Saves energy and backlight life by allowing users to set monitor on-off times. Easy personal and network configuration. Saves time and support costs by allowing network administrators to track monitor inventory information (monitor make, serial number, and resolution modes) across a network Compatible with PC and MAC platforms.
