Outline
The 613 Readout forms an integral part of the Torquetronic
torque measurement system, giving users realtime display
of speed, torque
and power in a shaft. The modular plug-in board concept allows
easy system expansion even after installation, and the micro-processor
based signal conditioning allows the user full control over
range, frequency response & scaling appropriate to
the application. Every 0.5msec, the system recalculates
speed, torque and power
- taking into account temperature and roll down/zero torque
datum lines.
The unit features built-in self-checks to ensure system integrity,
and can be electronically ‘locked’ to ensure tamper
proof readings.
History
Integrex has been designing and building Readout systems for
Torquemeters Limited for over 30 years. As technology has
progressed, new
generations of machines have been added, with an ever-increasing

Design
Cycle
From concept, through specifying, design and review, Integrex
can bring years of experience plus the latest design tools to
produce state-of-the-art products.
Once a specification has been agreed with the customer, a price
for development and protoype systems is quoted. As the design
cycle progresses, any changes to the specification are accommodated,
until the customer is fully satisfied. If the product is to go
to manufacture, Integrex offers full costing, project planning
and delivery scheduling for one-offs or batch runs.
