Outline
The E-TopUp Kiosk is designed to provide Vodafone's retail
customers with a fast, easy way of buying TopUp credits
for their mobile phones. After inserting a Vodafone swipe
card, the customer chooses a TopUp amount, and pays using
the built-in bank note verifier. The kiosk communicates
with Vodafone's account servers to process & authenticate
the transaction.
A typical transaction takes 20 seconds to complete, and the
intuitive process makes it simple for all customers. As a result,
queuing is reduced, and store productivity increases
History
Integrex designed a revolutionary digital kiosk to serve the
E-TopUp and mobile content market in 2001.
Following extensive trials to achieve the best customer solution,
Integrex commenced a rollout of TopUp kiosks to UK Vodafone
retail stores nationwide in late 2003.

Design
Cycle
From concept, through specifying, design and review, Integrex
can bring years of experience plus the latest design tools to
produce state-of-the-art products.
Once a specification has been agreed with the customer, a price
for development and protoype systems is quoted. As the design
cycle progresses, any changes to the specification are accommodated,
until the customer is fully satisfied. If the product is to go
to manufacture, Integrex offers full costing, project planning
and delivery scheduling for one-offs or batch runs.
