The Canon Bubble Jet printer i450 delivers crisp, professional quality photo prints and sharp monochrome text. It gives you increased speed performance - a truly breakthrough product for its price.

The i450 high-resolution, 4800 x 1200dpi printing capability combined with Mirco-Nozzles delivers photo quality equivalent to a traditional six-ink printer. Micro-Nozzles, at only 10 microns in diameter, can eject consistent 2pl ink droplets with ultra precision to give stunning photo quality.

The i450 delivers business performance in a home printer. It prints up to 18 pages per minute monochrome and 12 pages per minute in colour. Using one-pass bi-directional printing, it can turn a full-page colour A4 in approx. 48 seconds.

With the i450, you can print your photos directly from your compatible Canon digital camera or camcorder without ever touching a computer. By simply using the PC cable supplied with your digital camera or camcorder you can connect to the i450, select the image and print. An easy-to-use solution for all !!

7Precautions on Storing Printed Images: The 25 years of lightfastness may not be achieved depending on storage conditions. The expressed number of years is the result of simulated tests conducted by Canon Inc. and is not guaranteed.
This number of years does not apply for paper fading or durability. After printing allow the ink to dry completely. Store your images in albums, clear plastic folders, or glass frames in order to avoid exposing them to the open air.
Never store printed images in locations subject to high temperatures, high humidity or direct sunlight. Store them at normal room temperature.
(Do not use albums with self-adhesive pages to store your images since you will not be able to remove them later on.)
Tested on Photo Paper Pro (PR-101) under the following conditions; Temperature: 24°C, Humidity: 60%, Light source: White fluorescent light 70,000lux, Layer of air and 2mm thick glass on the sample.
Presumed conditions: Assuming one day's illumination as 500lux x 10 hours. In-house Evaluation criteria (Based on ISO)- Single colour/Composite colour: A colour change has occurred if the density is under 70% (OD: 1.0->0.7).
Process Black: The fading ratio between each colour is within 15%, and A colour change has occurred if the density is under 70% (OD: 1.0->0.7)
8USB operation can only be guaranteed on a PC with pre-installed Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 2000 (This includes Windows Me, Windows XP and Windows 2000 upgraded from pre-installed Windows 98).
This product supports the majority of USB equipped PCs however, due to differences in USB implementation (on some PCs) full compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
