Optra Forms is one of the simplest ways of integrating electronic
forms into your workplace. It works with any host or network
system, generally requiring no changes to host applications
and as no server or host based merge program is necessary
it is quick to implement. What’s more, because forms
are stored at the printer (and merged there), network traffic

A Simple Approach to High Quality Electronic Forms
Optra Forms has an easy to use Design program to create
forms (old or new). A DataMap program handles the variable
data layout that will come from the host system. A style
program lets you select paper size, input tray, etc. before
downloading the form to the printer's flash or hard disk
option.
Once a form is designed and in the printer, data can be
sent directly from your host computer (mainframe, mid-range,
PC, etc.) and Optra Forms will automatically merge the data
with the correct form design and prints the completed form.

Productivity Enhancing Integration
The Web Filler or Filler for Windows software allows Optra
Forms users to enter data into a form directly on the fly
and to merge the data into a printer resident form. For
users requiring bar code printing, extensive support is
provided in the software and more barcodes are supported
with the Lexmark bar code SIMM. Optra Forms will also accept
and process SAP RDI output. A special SAP R/3 device type
for SAP that includes support for paper handling and other
printer options is also provided. True compatibility for
