privacy even when printing over the network
Our corporate users have told us that, whilst they require
the low running costs and high speed of the C7000
Series, they need to keep their inkjet printers because occasionally
they need to print a document that should not be seen by others
in the work group.
Not any more….
Oki have included a secure printing solution within the C7000
range, and it’s very simple to use:
When printing the job from the application, go into the
printer setup and select the secure printing option.
Easy to use, just select the feature in the driver
when you print.
When you are ready, go to the printer and select the ‘Jobs’
menu from the front panel, type in the 4-digit ID and the
job will print!
Note: Hard Disc Drive required (standard on the C7200dn
and C7400). |
