With regards to support, all equipment supplied by Integrex
Ltd will be covered by FREE telephone support, this in conjunction
with the manufacturers warranties would constitute what
we consider the basic support required, however, we can
offer a number support options which can include dial-in
and on-site engineer cover. We always provide a level of
administration training, giving the school at least one
member of staff the ability to carry out basic administration
functions such as user set-up and basic trouble shooting.
We would recommend that you consider a support contract
that gives dial-in access and a pre-defined number of days
on-site, as this would give Integrex Ltd the ability to
dial-in, reset, diagnose any problems and if needs be have
an engineer call to site to resolve any issues fully aware
of what would be required because of the remote diagnostics.
