INTEGREX have considerable experience of implementing projects such as the one you may be considering. Fundamental to any project success is the ability to complete it on time, to the customer requirements, and within budget. To ensure that the project is implemented to the highest possible standard, INTEGREX has adopted a number of standard project methodologies. An overview of INTEGREX ’s project methodology is included below to provide a guideline as to how INTEGREX would approach the project.

Over the years INTEGREX has learned there are several key rules, which determine the success or failure of any project. These rules include: -

Successful projects are divided into manageable stages. This idea is what INTEGREX ’s methodology is all about.

Communication and documentation are essential for the project to be completed according to expectations. Our methodology ensures that INTEGREX understands what you want at every stage of the project’s life. It means that you end up with a working solution that achieves your expectations.

In other words, while it may initially appear to cost more to do things right, it is, in fact, the right thing to do. By working with INTEGREX and using our Engagement Methodology Process, you may spend slightly more money in the beginning but you will reap significant savings over the project’s life. On time, on-budget and meeting your expectations for performance and reliability, these are the characteristics of INTEGREX designed and implemented projects.

With regards to support, all equipment supplied by Integrex Ltd will be covered by FREE telephone support, this in conjunction with the manufacturers warranties would constitute what we consider the basic support required, however, we can offer a number support options which can include dial-in and on-site engineer cover. We always provide a level of administration training, giving the school at least one member of staff the ability to carry out basic administration functions such as user set-up and basic trouble shooting.

We would recommend that you consider a support contract that gives dial-in access and a pre-defined number of days on-site, as this would give Integrex Ltd the ability to dial-in, reset, diagnose any problems and if needs be have an engineer call to site to resolve any issues fully aware of what would be required because of the remote diagnostics.
